Lupe & Emmy's Holiday Boudoir Gallery

Santa baby, I wanted some kickass holiday themed boudoir shots - and these lovely ladies did an outstanding job! Lupe and Emmy work together for their day job, and though they’ve each modeled separately, this was their first time getting in a shot together. And what a great job they did! Posing with another person is always a little trickier, but these ladies were excellent at taking direction and we got some killer shots.

Studio Boise just brought in this new painted Eclipse canvas, and I just had to try it out. I could tell instantly that I’d fallen in love. The nice thing about these kinds of canvas backdrops (as opposed to the paper ones you’ll see in a lot of my other posts) is their soft texture. It reflects less light back at the camera, which makes for a very clean lighting set up without a lot of colors getting bounced around.

Check out some of our favorites from the session below!

If you’re in Boise and are looking for some boudoir photography, you’ve come to the right place! Find out a bit more about my approach, or get in touch for more information.
